Pretty much the title

Got a lot of acne around my mouth and want to get rid of it I tried a lot of stuff, even got some antibiotics perscribed twice, but nothing seemed to make a substantial difference.

Also, please don't tell me i have to change my eating habits, im on a strict diet of goth mommy milk and chocolate granola.

              try to reduce touching your face
Wash your face with soap and water
Wipe your face once or twice daily with witch hazel wipes (depends on severity)
Add a side salad with your goth mommy milk and chocolate granola
