does he think the mafia is the good guys? am i supposed to care what the literal crime family would want?
I've met a ton of white american dudes through the years who think the mafia are good people, I blame Hollywood.

Yeah real classy when they murder someone and chop them up and put them in a trunk, but they're wearing a 3-piece suit so it makes up for it.
I swear the message of many of those films were "guy ends up with the wrong crowd, enjoys the life for a time as he earns money he never dreamed of, slowly realizes the deeper he gets, the more brutal it becomes. Eventually it hurts those he loves and life comes tumbling down as the consequences pile up."
