I use weed daily, not because I can't stop (I have no problem taking a t-break or having to take a day off because of circumstances) but because why the fuck not, because it helps my brain transition out of daily grind and stress and into mindless TV or video game playing.

I wish I didn’t have such guilt when I use it regularly. It’s the only thing that allows me to focus on something and actually enjoy it, my adhd meds help me focus but they make me feel really scatterbrained and like I’m tweaking lol.

I also worry it makes my depression and lack of motivation worse but idk. I just really enjoy it so its hard to stop. Sorry to randomly rant under your comment lol, just came to mind

I worry about those things to. The guilt comes and goes, but I just try to focus on if weed is actually causing me problems. Sometimes I am using weed to avoid stuff I really need to do but often it is just an easy way to cope right now
