It's White Man's Burden repackaged for the 21st. Century. Everything outside of NATO is an authoritarian hellscape with zero rights for women and minorities while the US is the height of human achievement. Nations acting outside of NATO's interests become targets of this type of rhetoric.
"We need to fight Russia to the death (of every last Ukrainian) or else the hordes will overrun Western Civilization!"
