No...but yes here's the source National WW2 museum stating 24 Million Soviet deaths (which would make 20 Million an underestimate) and then falsely misrepresents it's own source still by saying 8.4 million military and 11 million Civillian (which would put it closer to 30 million). Even NATOpedia says about 27 Million though 20 Million was the official number the Soviets ran with. .... but but but
