I just picked up 10kg of slightly rain damaged apricots. This weekend's activities are now set, there will be much preserving.

apricot jam is the best, the industrial ones are too sweet and have no acid, home made is like real apricots ๐Ÿ˜Š

I absolutely agree. All jams are better home made, but apricot is probably the most different. I don't generally make a lot of apricot jam because the fruit can be a bit expensive, but $25 for 10kg was a great deal. And they are really good looking fruit too, just some cosmetic marks on the skin.
