apricot jam is the best, the industrial ones are too sweet and have no acid, home made is like real apricots ๐
I absolutely agree. All jams are better home made, but apricot is probably the most different. I don't generally make a lot of apricot jam because the fruit can be a bit expensive, but $25 for 10kg was a great deal. And they are really good looking fruit too, just some cosmetic marks on the skin.
