She starts at 19 and ends up 21 at some point

I remember this because in the episode where they go down to New Orleans, Hank explicitly mentions she's 19 and can't win the Alamo beer contest because of that

Then there's an episode where Luanne officially celebrates her 21st birthday and goes out drinking, bringing Hank as her designated driver

If there was a Frinkiac for King of the Hill, that would be amazing, but alas
