I haven't watched it, but:

...has a plot summary.
IMDB has:
28 Days Later: 7.5
28 Weeks Later: 6.8
28 Years Later: 6.6
It was a different writer and director for 28 Weeks and they retcon it in the 28 Years series so they can do commentary about Brexit, etc.
