Would Alex Pretti and Renee Good still be alive if I voted? No, Trump won every single swing state. Would Alex Pretti and Renee Good still be alive if Kamala called for ceasefire and stop sending weapons to Israel? Maybe, she could've won a couple of swing states

"people in the US" is doing some medium lifting there because she would've done a more competent and orderly deportation agenda, and the victims would stop being in the US.

There are deportation actions Trump is doing that are new and might not have happened under Harris. ICE probably wouldn't be able to play musical chairs with deportation centers by shipping people all over the country to isolate them from family and lawyers, probably wouldn't have tried deporting people to El Salvador or other third countries, probably wouldn't be attempting to reverse asylum decisions and greencard holdings and even naturalization, probably wouldn't be laying siege to cities and murdering people on the streets for the crime of talking back, etc etc.

Things are worse and we shouldn't ignore this.

It's just important to remember where the blame goes. Things are worse because Harris decided to throw the election.
