I'm afraid that we are in a point where reality is much worse and bizarre than anything Parker and Stone could imagine.
Did you see last season? I'd say they step up to the challenge well.
I like the scene with Noem offing the puppy shelter at the end that did not aire in the US at first.
Her face by the way, she takes it off every night and soaks it in a jar of that shit the rich extract from trafficked children in the Q thing, what's that called.
Turns out Q was true if you just reverse all the accusations.
I haven't seen the show in years. The last thing I remember are those nostalgic berries or whatever.
In the latest season Trump is an abusive boyfriend to Satan, who he has knocked up. Some episodes are about him treating Satan poorly or trying to kill the unborn baby.
JD Vance is maybe 15 inches tall and sort of looks like the guy from james bond that kills people by throwing hats.
Kristi Noem literally shoots a dog in every episode, everytime she is on screen, sometimes multiple times in an episode.
You don't have to watch it but they are definitely doing their best to produce satire.
The JD vance thing is a spoof of the Fantasy Island TV show. The dwarf that would say, "Boss, ze plane!"
My favorite was that connection between Thiel and the antichrist stuff. Saying Satan was cursed with a very tiny asshole after being banished so he couldn't reproduce, but Trump's penis is so incredibly small it was able to fit."
They've almost shifted to a place like Doonesbury where an element of what's surreal (surreality? is that a word? the red squiggly lines on my monitor don't seem to think so...) is employed. I've not read that comic in years, but I remember that GW Bush was represented by a floating cowboy hat and I always thought that was creative and evocative. Turning JD Vance into Tattoo from Fantasy Island was a stroke of genius. And how they depict Trump Jr. cracks me up. There have been a few episodes this season that have been funnier than any they've produced in at least ten years if not more.
I wish I had seen fantasy island so I got the reference!

I was watching Jam the other day, and that honestly seemed better and more rational than reality. South Park has been a documentary for a long time.
