These reads like he is afraid his kid is gonna be forced to take hormones or some shit. Nobody is doing that. If your kid is trans they were gonna be that way regardless of your fears and woes.
"I don't want my kid to be able to take" that does not sound like a fear of forced transition, it sounds like a desire to project bodily authority over a minor under the guise of "parental rights" (ie, the ownership of a child as property)
So many boomers wonder why their kids never call or visit after moving out
It's why they want to make it illegal for schools to discretely acknowledge a kid being trans without informing their parents.
