The way I've seen them do it in the wild has been to conflate every right to property rights. Apparently, the only way libertarians can understand justice is through the framework of property law. It is not wrong to assault someone because inflicting pain on others is wrong, it is wrong because, you see, they own their own bodies and when you assault someone it is infringing on their property rights, just like if you were putting dents in their car. It is, of course, morally reprehensible nonsense. But it allows them to inflate inconveniences to the affluent to the same moral category as actual crime. It is how they can make the vile claim that income tax is fundamentally the same as chattel slavery and it is how they can justify being more concerned with rich people losing privilege than with systematic sexual assault against minors.
My favorite part of Atlas Shrugged (which is a dogshit book not worth reading) is when the capitalist good guy steel magnate has to have a full-ass monologue explaining why buying a fancy necklace for the woman he's involved with is actually selfish, actually, and isn't him being magnanimous and giving someone a gift.
Ayn Rand has so many brainworms that giving a gift to a person you love has to come with a monologue about how it isn't actually a gift. Which feels to me like the other side of the "only property crimes are real crimes" brainworm
meanwhile, actual chattel slavery is just "indentured servitude", your labor as my property
