Hexbear is more like the DPRK. People who haven't ever been here make up ridiculous stories about how terrible it is, meanwhile we're just trying to get by and do our thing.

I can't deny that, and Hexbear receives way more negative attention, but there's also a significant amount of people who have warmed up to the server over time, which never happened with Lemmygrad. It's not unlike libs with Cuba in that sense. And there's also an unmistakable aesthetic born from isolation: what is PPB if not Hexbear's pastel blue Chevrolet Bel Air 😆
