I think theres more to it, its all about dudes getting laid and "being taken care of" with absolute zero (even minus) effort, thats not really a thing in delivery person porn.
Well yeah because the delivery person is the dude in those. In this version the dude doesn't do anything except get out of bed and not even that in some cases.
