A woman's vaginal hygiene device/product.
It was discovered some years ago that douches actually can cause more harm by interfering with vaginal flora and ph balance, than the benefits that are claimed to come from them.
I make a joke about the similarity between French "to bathe" and Statesian "antiquated vagina bathing device, also those politicians you don't like". I never said it was a good joke.
