Piracy has been back, look into Jellyfin if you wanna self host and maybe cloudstream if you still wanna stream but don't wanna support the terrible services
Huh, apparently Jellyfin supports HDR to SDR transcoding/tone-mapping if you have a GPU for hardware acceleration. Plex does too, but it's locked behind the premium subscription/license which I will not be buying.
All my TVs and monitors are SDR, so until now if I accidentally downloaded HDR video I was SoL.
