i think the admin team prob could use some expanding and to be faster to use the banhammer tbh. i dont think the admins are generally privileged though, a lot are trans too.
ive noticed a number of trans people on other instances popping into /c/traa at least, and some even made accounts because of /c/traa and it hitting their front page.
Let the record show that I voted against federation the first time and didn't bother voting the second time.
