No such thing. HRT has permanent effects. For example, estrogen triggers breast growth, testosterone will change your voice, delaying puberty with blockers impacts final height, etc.

What would be more interesting to look into is that there have been studies that suggest hormone changes in adolescence effect brain development during that time. But not any that I'm aware of that ask the question of if/how hormone blockers effect that. Unfortunately, I don't think a study like that would be publishable these days unless it arrived at the right outcome politically (and a study like that is less likely to be performed as a result).
