Edit: A choice was made to ask this question, it is one I regret immensely.
It's actually the outline of an AI Generated rat penis image that Frontiers Scientific Journal allowed in a published study then later apologized for and took down the article.
I didn't recognize it and thought it was a cartoon figure smoking a huge bong.
I actually didn't see it at first either.
