Jurisdiction is established by force, not the existence of documents. I mean, not having birth certificates isn't stopping the government from taking the kids, what do these fucking idiots think it does accomplish?
That in 16 years’ time, when the cops pull young Jaxyn over for speeding, they’ll have to let him go because, not having had a birth certificate, they have no authority over him. And think of the money he’ll save by never having to pay tax or child support.
Not to mention, they'll have immediate access to the 3 million dollar account the government sets up for every citizen to have as soon as they reject their citizenship or whatever dumb shit that is.
Though who needs that when you can get all the money you need by scribbling an IOU on a napkin and passing it as legal tender in your capacity as a sovereign?
Just gotta make sure the scribbles are at a 45° angle, in blue ink, with a blood stained thumbprint as signature. I've heard if the napkin is made from the dried skin of your first born and has some sigils only the highest level sovcits know, it levels up the IOU to trade for a house!
One of the key disconnects that these people believe is that you can unilaterally negate all our part of any contract at their sole discretion.
In this case getting a birth certificate is acceptance on their mind of a contract they wish to reject.
All of USA case law is predicated on the supposition if an inherent contact with the state.
Yes, this is one of the main points in the sovcit beliefs that's logical and mostly correct. Most beliefs have these points that help draw people into the really crazy stuff. You can't recruit people to your beliefs if you start with the negotiable instrument nonsense.
what do these fucking idiots think
They don't, that's why they appear as articles in this community...
They think it'll keep them from being apprehended, spoiler it doesn't work.
I somewhat wish you had used a spoiler tag here 😁
They think it'll keep them from being apprehended,
spoiler
It doesn't work
I stand corrected.
WRONG! Something something Magna Carta, something something freedoms.
So, either way, the children are going to have birth certificates.
What a quandary...
CAS?
Confederate American States, the country that existed for barely four years?
Not a bad question considering a lot of the kinds of people who are SovCit don't really understand what the hell the US is and a pretty big chunk are "The South Will Rise Again" type folks. But the answer is Child Advocacy Services. The other would be the Confederate States of America, Confederate States, or just the Confederacy.
Ah. I've never seen that particular acronym before. I've seen DCFS (Dept. Children & Family Services), and a few others.
Close Air Support
Gonna sic an A-10 Warthog on her ass.
Children's Aid Society.
Oohhhh, depending on where it's at that could be true too.
