Avatar: The Last Airbender (2024)! It's good, folks. If you enjoyed the cartoon, you will enjoy the live-action remake.
I saw Fried Green Tomatoes recently, it was good

Everything Everywhere All at Once is really good. Very absurdist.
I absolutely loved this movie
I re-watched Pitch Black. It's a fun movie. If you haven't seen it, it's a creature-feature in space, and where the Vin Deisel character "Riddick" comes from.
I revisited Tarantino. It has been years since I watched his early stuff. I also hadn't ever watched reservoir dogs. I watched that with Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. All of them are so very 90s and took me back. They are part of that 70s revival that was so big then. I think I'm going to skip his writing credit movies and watch Kill Bill again.
I watched Dune Part One recently and thought it was pretty good. I think I might go see the second one in the theater.
i liked the scene composition but the acting was a little, heh, dry
just re-watched Strange Days (1995), not a lot of people talk about this one but it kinda slaps. it's about a sort-of VR device that can record and play back people's real-life experiences. some parts are very disturbing so major CWs with regard to violence against women as well as police brutality
I had some issues with the writing and pacing and there are some certified lib moments but it's a solid sci-fi thriller with immaculate 90s vibes
i watched Kiss Kiss Bang Bang 2005, funny movie
I need more Shane Black movies
Lolololololol
