I think it's a tell when Israel bombed Iran embassy, their plan is to provoke Iran and force the US to directly join the war.

They know they're losing and they're desperate for something to change the trajectory. It's the same reason why the Kiev regime does its terrorist provocations. They want to engineer a "game changer" event so bad but they fundamentally fail to grasp that the US itself is not in as strong a position as they think. The US even failed against the Yemenis and is trying to offer a whole bunch of concessions to quietly end the humiliation... that doesn't exactly scream strength.

The only thing the US is capable of actually winning at right now is terrorizing and destroying the lives of its own citizens. At an ever increasing rate. The only thing they can win at is in situations where they have already set themselves up to be unopposable.

Seems to be a theme with settler states and colonialism. Sounds very much like how Israel can manage to genocide children, but is terrible at fighting actual armed adults. Or how US cops can gun down an unarmed civilian who is running away from them, but sit on their hands outside, afraid, when faced with taking on a school shooter.

Incidentally, it's the same playbook Ukraine was trying to use to get NATO directly into the war early on. They kept doing provocations like the attack on ZNPP, they hoped would force NATO to respond.

An issue with this kind of "resistance" is that it's already accounted for and baked into the system. "International ostracism" for them means they didn't get to complete their "normalization" with the Gulf compradors as quickly and smoothly as planned, thus legitimizing them, and that westoid libs struggle to loudly maintain and defend their dissonant view of the Zionist entity as a victim in the face of such plain view advertisement to the contrary. They are essentially lamenting the lack of subtelty in commiting ethnically cleansing settler colonialism. Not the underlying issues, which will never be confronted under the worldview that causes them in the first place. The German libs are especially hilarious, trying to flip the script and pin Euro anti-Jewish sentiment on the muslim migrants and supporters of Palestine while gearing up to start lebensrauming on them using the same logic as before, a record on repeat but in complete denial about both what's playing and the fact that it's the same damn track over and over. Round and around it goes, crazy tribal self deception.

Another guy whow as alive until Feb 1965 said that as well. His autobiography helped wake me up. It's all on repeat until enough people break through. I'll admit I was not as quick to realize, though. Denial and self preservation. Reality is hard to swallow.

A community for everything related to Palestine and the occupation currently underway by the occupying force known as Israel.

Anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism. Existence is resistance for Palestinians.

Please refer to Israel as Occupied Palestine, or occupied territories. The IDF is a fascist and ethnonationalist occupying force. Israelis are settlers. We understand however that the imperial narrative (which tries to legitimise Israel) is internalised in the imperial core and slip-ups are naturally expected.

We always take the sides of Palestine and Palestinians and are unapologetic about it. Israel is an occupying power whose "defence force"'s (note the contradiction) sole purpose for existing is to push Palestinians out so they can resettle their rightful land. If you have anything positive to say about Israel we do not care.
