Sovcits are adult infants. They want all the power and luxury of the modern world but without any sort responsibility.

[-] Australis13@fedia.io 28 points 3 months ago

Calling them adult infants is being too generous. They're narcissists.

[-] viking@infosec.pub 5 points 3 months ago

Doesn't "adult" imply being mature?

I'd rather call them poorly aged infants.

[-] BubbleMonkey@slrpnk.net 56 points 3 months ago

Thaaaats hilarious. “Oh well if he isn’t here, warrant!” More judges need to just.. do that.

These people are going to waste time anyway, might as well make it hurt so they think twice.

[-] slazer2au@lemmy.world 5 points 3 months ago

Bold of you to assume they thought the first time let alone this making them think a second time.

[-] clay_pidgin@sh.itjust.works 51 points 3 months ago

I love it. They said they weren't the corporation BOB, they were the natural human man called Bob, and the judge said "fine if Bob isn't here I'm issuing a bench warrant for his dumb ass.".

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 4 points 3 months ago

Judges just find sovcits adorable.

[-] verity_kindle@sh.itjust.works 2 points 3 months ago

The process servers must go out in the county and go bobbing for BOBs, which isn't cheap.

[-] TheFriar@lemm.ee 43 points 3 months ago

I feel like I’ve been missing the multiple daily sovcit mouth diarrhea posts. You been okay, OP?

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 48 points 3 months ago

Hey I've been sick all month and am behind in general on everything. Absolutely exhausted. Thanks for asking.

[-] TheFriar@lemm.ee 19 points 3 months ago

Understood. I’m sorry to hear.

Although, I will say we’re all terribly offended you taking screenshots on Facebook and sharing them on lemmy wasn’t at the top of your priority list. Rude.

(Jk, hope things calm down for you and you get back to feeling 100%.)

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 8 points 3 months ago

I normally am way more on top of these things lol. Thank you!

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 7 points 3 months ago

Thank you friend. I just need my voice back!

[-] rickyrigatoni@lemm.ee 10 points 3 months ago

Have you tried telling the sick you do not consent to joinder with it?

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 6 points 3 months ago

I notified the bureau of alloidial titles and they didn't answer me. Don't understand why.

[-] verity_kindle@sh.itjust.works 2 points 3 months ago

Well, there's your problem, you have to have someone bury you up to your neck in 1099-A affidavits of collodiality, then contact the Bureau! Then some rest and a cup of tea.

[-] CarbonatedPastaSauce@lemmy.world 34 points 3 months ago

Some people have to learn things the hard way.

And then there's these idiots.

[-] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 30 points 3 months ago

Is there any remedy to this violation & how would i go about it?

Have you tried being a wealthy former president?

[-] Fredselfish@lemmy.world 8 points 3 months ago

Only part I don't understand. It isn't a crime to not state your name. I the rest I don't understand what he is saying?

[-] ArmokGoB@lemmy.dbzer0.com 11 points 3 months ago

Failure to present ID to the police is a crime here. The penalty is a fine, which they can't serve you if you don't give them ID.

[-] Fredselfish@lemmy.world 4 points 3 months ago

Hmm where here , because I been told we as Americans do not have to carry ID. You do have to have a license to operate a motor vehicle, but if I am out on a walk I legally do not have to carry id.

[-] ArmokGoB@lemmy.dbzer0.com 7 points 3 months ago
[-] Fredselfish@lemmy.world 1 points 3 months ago

I see well I am from Texas and reside in Oklahoma neither state allows officers to force you to show id. Why I was confused.

[-] Wiz@midwest.social 1 points 3 months ago

Thanks, TIL. On Lemmy!

[-] Bytemeister@lemmy.world 3 points 3 months ago

You don't have to carry ID, but you do have to identify yourself if a police officer has reasonable cause to stop you.

[-] Fredselfish@lemmy.world 1 points 3 months ago* (last edited 3 months ago)

Been told we also don't have to talk to police. Only thing I would say to a police is:

Which is my name and I will tell them I am remaining silent and want a lawyer.

[-] ArmokGoB@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 3 months ago

Sounds like a good way to get arrested. You can beat the rap, but you can't beat the ride.

[-] VindictiveJudge@lemmy.world 6 points 3 months ago

That one of the charges was a suspended license was mentioned in there. My guess is either he did something stupid and the cop ran his plates, or he was driving without plates.

[-] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 5 points 3 months ago

I'm guessing he wasn't arrested for not stating his name, unless the way he didn't say his name was something like, "my name is 'fuck you, pig.'"

[-] Fredselfish@lemmy.world 6 points 3 months ago

I guess the mini bike was actual motorcycle and yes you do have to a licensed to drive one. I guess these guys are so incoherent that no wonder judges throw the book at them.

[-] the_crotch@sh.itjust.works 5 points 3 months ago

If the cop has probable cause to detain you, you have to identify yourself. I believe that applies to all states.

[-] SharkAttak@kbin.social 3 points 3 months ago

He says it only was that, but he probably started going with his sovcit rambling..

[-] Faildini@lemmy.world 24 points 3 months ago

Just read the phrase "in which" so many times it doesn't even sound like English anymore.

[-] TonyTonyChopper@mander.xyz 3 points 3 months ago

Wanted me to identify in which i asked what his RAS was for a crime i committed?

The grammar throughout this rant is mind boggling. No wonder they couldn't represent themselves in court

[-] FireWire400@lemmy.world 22 points 3 months ago

So those people just throw away their IDs and expect to dodge all jurisdictions?

And when it inevitably fails they just ask for help on Facebook because where else.

[-] dream_weasel@sh.itjust.works 5 points 3 months ago

The trick is to say "in which" a lot.

[-] intensely_human@lemm.ee 12 points 3 months ago

Dude needs to be contacting lawyers not asking on facebook

[-] dynamojoe@lemmy.world 5 points 3 months ago

Naah, it's more fun this way.

[-] BonesOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 4 points 3 months ago

Why sometimes other sovcits will go to court and act as lawyers for the sovcit needing one, even though they aren't lawyers. https://www.chronline.com/stories/woman-accused-of-practicing-law-in-lewis-county-without-license-faces-felonies,313384

[-] verity_kindle@sh.itjust.works 1 points 3 months ago

Oh, it's much worse when they find one, because then...the state bar association has to get involved. Horror.

[-] Eheran@lemmy.world 7 points 3 months ago
[-] AlexisFR@jlai.lu 7 points 3 months ago* (last edited 3 months ago)

To be fair the guy was just minding his own business biking!

spoiler/s

[-] verity_kindle@sh.itjust.works 3 points 3 months ago

As a concerned citizen, I only need to know, is the mini-bike ok?
