You can leave your Sister on Venus & they'll only steal the credits you get from missions on that planet. So you shouldn't be missing out on too much by ignoring the controlled nodes (you can always do the normal missions on those nodes too when clicked on, so not locked out of anything)

You may have more power to deal with them than you think though. The big thing will be going over the Lich/Sister system, mostly meaning you'll need to get Requiem Mods for your Parazon as this is the only permanent way to kill your Sister

As others have mentioned, recruiting chat in-game or most of the Warframe Discords are usually willing to help with any of this if you need help too!

Very (VERY) basic overview of handling your sister if you wanted to take a stab (heh) at it.

• Liches/Sisters need a "passcode" to kill. You need the correct 3 Keys (Requiem Mods) & in the correct order to actually take down your Sister.

• Clearing Nodes, and killing the Hounds in these Nodes, gives murmurs which automatically unlock progress towards these Keys (Requiem Mods)

• You get the mods themselves from Requiem Relics, which drop from Kuva Siphons / Kuva Floods under the Alerts tab on the starchart. Just like Void Relics, these relics need to be opened in Void Fissures (located under the Void Fissures tab on the starchart)

• These mods are equipped to the Parazon (slot specific. ABC is different than CBA).

  • You don't have to know if a mod is valid to equip it. This menu at the bottom only tells you what the valid mods are too, not the order.

• Clearing nodes, and killing Hounds, also enrages your Sister causing them to eventually spawn.

• Damage the Sister, then stab them to test if your mod is in the right place. If it is, you proceed to try the second, then if correct again, the third.

  • If the mod is in the wrong place, the Sister levels up, gives you murmurs, then removes themselves from the planet you're on & goes to the next.
  • This is good though! Because this means we know our mod doesn't go in the spot we tried (higher chance of the next mod we try in that slot being correct)

• Repeat the above until you have all the mods and have them in the correct order to kill you Sister. This will then send them to a Showdown located in Railjack. The enemy level here is also capped at 65.

  • Kill them at the Showdown to either claim their weapon or their person.

Do not worry, you still can chose to play lowlevel node on Venus. And there are some super cheese builds to deal with Lich/Sister, like basically any Warframe with invisibility, Loki/Octavia is an absolute cheese to kill them. And sisters are much easier grindwise then Lich. I did 2 Sisters in one Sunday, and my account like 1 month old.

I created my very first lich like 3months ago, it still hasnt left earth and its been covered in strawberry jam ever since. I dont think ill ever bother with it. I dont know how sisters work, but you should be able to still select the base mission and not the boosted one.

Yeah you don't have to do the boosted mission as the other person said. There's a whole process to fighting sisters/liches which you should probably read up on, or watch videos on before you decide to tackle them. It's a bit confusing at first.

Older gamer here too, and a year and a bit ago I did the exact same thing, only with a regular lich. Had no idea I created one and it freaked me out.

Turned out to be a blessing in disguise though - when I panicked and asked in recruiting chat if anyone can help me with whatever the hell this is, a veteran player actually contacted me, explained everything to me, taught me how to mod my weapons properly, even gave me some extra hard to get mods and parts he had laying around, and then carried my sorry ass all the way through the fight :)

I'm still eternally grateful to that person - he literally changed the game for me. We played together multiple times after that just for fun too, and it's still the absolute best interaction I've ever had in the game, not even close.

Your mileage may vary of course, but trying to find a guardian angel in game might not be such a bad idea - seems there are veteran players around who enjoy helping newbies!

Only way to get her off of Venus is to stab her with your parazon with the correct requiem mod. Or completely kill her/convert her.

Just ignore her until you're stronger or you'll really fuck yourself if you get her to level 4-5. Those credits she steals are nothing and are inflated anyway. And jsyk you don't have to do the higher level missions. You can choose to do the regular ones.

What's your MR? Cedo and the three og incarnons Cavalero sells are good choices. Kuva hek is fantastic once you get it. And a sister/lich cannot kill what they can't see so literally any warframe capable of invisibility (or straight up immortality like Revenant) are good early choices especially when you don't have great weapons.

No worries, if you have a clan invite someone to beat her ass. Or ignore her. Im mr11 myself and created my first lich accidentally. This dude stole a ton of stuff from me, but when i beat him i get everything back, so hes like annoying talking bank deposit You can cheese few nodes with invis frame like loki)

Are you on PC? I might be able to help you kill her, but you'll likely need to spend a little time farming up the needed requiem mods.

Don't worry to much about that, you can still play the lower level mission for theses nodes. I accidentaly created and boosted my first lich to level 5 at mr12 a few days ago, but it wasn't that bad to kill. I only needed to find a team for the railjack part.
