He's probably my favorite Star Trek character. Complex, funny, but also deeply evil.
The actor does an excellent job of embodying the kind of evil that exists in real life instead of the usual cartoon evil. He really breathed life into dukat and made him feel like a real person.

The Bell Riots were in September 2024. At least according to Trek, we're due for some weeks where decades happen.
Now the question is, did trek accurately predict when the bell riots needed to happen, or (if the nothing happens gang gets their way) incorrectly predict when the humanity unifying event would happen.
