I think it might be from an obscure Lucasarts afterlife-building simulator that was remarkably difficult because both heaven and hell had to be managed at the same time and budgets and events on the mortal realm keep kicking in.
Only way to get all rewards is to build one single afterlife in separate saves and cheats which I did.
