I didn't give the Fragile enough love when it dropped because I was a child. I got more into NIN when I was starting to develop my own taste & I gotta say it's right up there with TDS. Highly recommend a listen even if you're not into industrial, industrial rock, or rock in general I think there are bits in there for everyone (ton of various EDM influences, jazz, heavy use of sampling, etc). If you're also not a fan & an artist it is a masterful display of songwriting and production that you can dive into for ideas and inspiration.

I was in my teens when TDS dropped and i loved the shit out of it, but the fragile was a snoozer at the time, even for me as a huge NIN fan. It's aged incredibly well and I've since warmed up to it

i find trent reznor's lyrics pretty trite but his production skills have always been pretty amazing. i really enjoyed the soundscapey feel of the fragile.

yeah, Trent is a better producer than he is a poet for sure
