Just wondering if the average man really does struggle, even if they're fit

Situps don't actually use your abs, they use hip flexors moreso. Most people don't target their hipflexors and they are usually very weak for most people. I would say the average male or person even, would not be able to do this.

As said in the video: this is more about center of mass. I have a long torso so it's impossible for me even though I'm thin.

Very easy. I'm not super fit or anything. I have kind of an active job. I guess I could see how it'd be harder if you were jacked on top or real long.

Just gave it a try and it was pretty easy? Did like 10 of them and went back to couch.

Not super fit. I go to the gym twice a week. I am at 90 kilos with 20% body fat

I was going to answer, but I’m not the average man.
