Idk, there has to be some skill at finding something so small.
I'm not convinced this wasn't just her lying and hoping that Senators are as stupid as she is and hoping to get away with the lie. Because after being corrected, she suddenly understood how habeas corpus works and was referencing the potential for suspension of it as outlined in the constitution.
So much of this horseshit just runs on these people hoping to say whatever the fuck they please with the expectation of no pushback or questioning of what they said.
