as a Ukrainian I officially declare that it is the right reaction. we are celebrating this number all over the country.
Well, then I humbly eat my words. If Ukraine is celebrating this number, then it's a celebration. I was wrong. It was just a gut reaction, but I'm far more removed from the situation. I will toast to you, and your continued safety and future.
