As per my benevolent leader's laws I am only allowed to make one non-functional comment.
kinda reminds me of when they'd sell valueless non-functional hardware on e-bay, but you'd get a Windows OEM CD/license with it. Because they couldn't just sell the CD/license without some kind of hardware.
