Back in the day on the very rare occasion that I had a 7 or G train car all to myself, I'd belt out the loudest operatic singing voice I could manage. There's nowhere on Earth more isolated than an empty NYC subway car, gotta seize that opportunity.

took my mom to visit NYC (from another country) and the first 30 min out of the hotel we saw a crackhead shitting in the subway stairs. and we passed him on the way down. Lol
Driving around LA my family from out of state wouldn’t stop complaining about all the trash on the freeway. Right as I was explaining that the city’s not that dirty (lol) some guy opens his car door and uses his leg to push out an entire floor’s worth of trash onto an exit ramp.
