USA for sure, but man look at what happened to Russia in the fall of the soviet union, a tragedy that ruined everyone's lives.

What is with this weak ass definition?

At a 2005 symposium in San Antonio, TX, the FBI officially defined serial killing as “the unlawful killing of two or more victims by the same offender(s), in separate events.”

Two people? So if I kill one guy, go eat a sandwich, then kill another guy, that puts me on this list? That's not serial killing, that's just a really busy day. Also, I notice the "unlawful" being put in there, or else cops in the US would make this number go so high that they'd need an entirely different chart just for the US.

Under this definition 30% of the US military would be on this list

In bad country, there are so many serial killers you can't walk without dying

we have no data for Guinea-Bissau so it's entirely possible they are actually at the top of the list with >800 serial killers and this map is just trying to make the US look bad

Does this count parallel killers as serial killers?

Edit: no it does not appear to
