Listen. I'm not saying alienation DOESNT apply to childcare workers or that higher wages/reduced hours are bad things.

But here's the thing Ben. We're abolishing the family, get ready for it! I know you want childcare to be done by mothers who are barefoot and pregnant but we're going to abolish the family.

Also speaking from personal experience in the field, childcare workers are pretty likely to at least care about if not outright love the kids they work with. I certainly miss the kids I worked with at my old job, terribly actually. Left a big hole in my heart. Made it my mission to show them unconditional love every day.

I remember this guy doing a ‘not left not right but forward’ kind of thing on some podcast, I’m sure he himself will come up with a new right leaning political system and then everyone will be happy

In high school I had to take an elective class and I sucked at everything in life so I picked up childhood education. My school had a daycare in it for parents and I got to interact and play with the kids for a semester, I loved it! Although I did play favorites with these two boys that were brothers, they stole my heart, and I got to know their mom and she used to tell me the kids loved it when I was there.

ANYWAY to say that people who do this for a living don't have a basic level of care for the children in their custody is flat out wrong. Yet again chuds prove Mao's quote "no investigation no right to speak".

So when the rich outsource their children's care to "the help"... projection
