This is wonderful, and I love how Darth Bane is at the top! In my mind, he's the real originator of the Sith, despite not being the first. Although all my knowledge is non-canon because of fucking Disney, but regardless, great job!

I see it as your knowledge is all canon, because fuck Disney!

[–] BazaarMonk@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago

Haha, thank you!

[–] BazaarMonk@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago

Thank you so much! I totally agree.

Be funny if you left vader off and titled the post sith masters

Looks very professional!

It took a while to recognise Vader without the helmet, I first thought it was Bane from batman? And then one mentions Darth Bane to add to my confusion.

There's definitely a lot of Star Wars lore I'm missing.

[–] BazaarMonk@lemmy.world 3 points 2 months ago

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it. Yeah, there is definitely a lot of lore to dive into.

I've seen a few of your drawings posted here on Lemmy. It's great stuff! Thanks for sharing!

Oh nice! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

Great drawing 👌 I really like the shading.

[–] BazaarMonk@lemmy.world 3 points 2 months ago

Thanks! I work in layers to build up the depth and texture. I start with an HB outline, then shade in HB before moving onto a darker lead. After I have the dark shadows established, I return to a lighter lead to work in the midtones and blend everything together.

This is fantastic work.

I know its not canon, but I wish Jar-Jar was there too.

[–] BazaarMonk@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago

Thank you! Jar-Jar would be a funny inclusion.

What's the diamond-shaped object? I'm not familiar with that.

[–] BazaarMonk@lemmy.world 6 points 2 months ago (2 children)

That is the Sith Holocron.

[–] bjoern_tantau@swg-empire.de 3 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I have one with the book of the Sith in it!

Thanks! And now I'm off to Wookiepedia!

[–] setsneedtofeed@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

You can interact with them in Knights Of The Old Republic 2.

[–] tedd_deireadh@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I've never played KOTOR, but I've heard really good things about it. Do they still hold up for older games?

[–] setsneedtofeed@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago

KOTOR 1 holds up absolutely, just plug and play.

KOTOR 2 was rushed out of development, so the Restored Content Mod is widely considered required by the fandom. Otherwise, it is a very good game and has an interesting take on the force and look at the politics of Jedi.

[–] BazaarMonk@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

No problem.
