My time has come.
I've got too many of them so I'll just mention a small subset.
First up would be (mostly) animals on my AniList profile.
Some of the more prominent ones are:
- lactic acid bacteria from Cells at Work!
- Chomusuke from Konosuba
- Chikuwa from Yuru Camp

That's not to say humans (and humanoids) - mostly children - can't be cute. I usually find them cute not just for their looks, but also their behaviour. If they are too naughty or bratty, they are out.

When we talk about cuteness, its hard to ignore big franchises like Pokemon. There are too many to list, so I will just give a shoutout to my top favourites:
Lilligant
and Minccino
My toppest, most-favouritest of all time in terms of cuteness is still from Digimon: Patamon!
