Yeah I'm guessing that GIF is from the broadcast feed, not sure if there's any alternate angles without AJ's dome blocking the view.

I can’t really imagine what getting shot in the neck feels like, but I can easily imagine getting punched in the jaw and know how broken bones feel. When I watch the Kirk video, I picture a burning, puncturing pain and a quick fade to black, but watching this makes me imagine the feeling of getting punched hard enough to break your jaw twice. The latter is more unpleasant to imagine.
