Rewatching DS9 at the moment so I can rewatch Voyager and relive these painful memories of Janeway's murderous rampage upon her own crew.

It's more fun to interpret Janeway the Cruel as the most vicious space pirate to ever terrorize the Delta Quadrant.

She was only sad after murdering Tuvix because she was all out of Tuvixes to murder

Janeway shouldn't have stopped at Tuvix, letting Neelix survive was a major mistake.
