Title's been changed. And the man is now the "alleged driver."

On the plus side for this instance, it now blames the car. Which, if he'd been on a bicycle she'd be alive, so.

I guess if you have to be killed by a car, asleep is the best way to go.

Is it better that it blames the car than the driver? I think it ~~would~~ should blame who or whatever truly is at fault.

I just meant this is "Fuck Cars" but yes it's most likely driver error.

They need to ban these death machines from our roads! If they don't kill you on the road, they'll come into your damn house while you sleep and kill you!
