F1TV on Multiviewer with at least two screens plus the main broadcast on the TV. I can no longer imagine watching it any other way.

I wouldn't know where to begin. Simple and reliable is what I'm after unless you are able to expand on that.
If you're okay with watching replays, there are a couple of private torrent trackers dedicated to motorsports, plus at least one I can think of for general sports (with F1 torrents)

Make sure you're using an a browser that can use ublock origin (librewolf, ironfox, etc) and you should be mostly golden.

Last season I did not manage to renew my subscription because I moved to a different country and f1 did not accept the payment from VISA card in country A for a subscription in country B. So we watched on โ ๏ธ channels, which was really terrible. There you have to watch it live, no replays. But this year, with new VISA card, I managed to pay and I will watch races in replay in the early morning when needed, without ads and without streaming problems.
