I can’t find a single dictionary website that lists uncouth as a synonym of sloppy. I will go with a Slapdash Joseph instead. Or a Slapdash Josephine which is the same as a sloppy joe but with a fried egg on top.

I've never done the whole bun thing, but I did take the filling recipe and used it for traditional sloppy joes. Was great.

When I was younger, my dad would call them Untidy Josephs from time to time as a joke.
