It is a little odd that it's going to KY from CA. All that stuff is produced in the south by big tobacco so normally it's going the opposite direction. Maybe it was repackaged in CA, who knows.
This was released to someone they thought was legit, and then they disappeared. So someone was able to show up with the right bill of lading numbers and their info must have checked out to get loaded. So you've a either hack or someone on the inside.
