How would that work?

Like, digital isn't super hard, but it does take some doing. There's always Amazon it b&n, kobo wishlists, but that seems like a hard ask here on lemmy.

Yeah, Lemmy is more privacy and activism minded.

Maybe a book reading club, where you vote on a book to read and have touch points weekly or something.

A lot of books have digital versions and are rather easy to pirate via library genesis.

So that could maybe be used.

Itchio books and (I think) Humble Bundle's book bundles can be gifted. Likely Amazon too though I never cared to check. Possibly other digital book stores too. Perhaps such could be used? List of such platforms might need to be compiled though.
