You can't imagine a scenario where Hollywood takes the peacefully laid to rest corpse of a beloved movie or TV show, reanimates it, and then fucks it to death before our very eyes?

Hollywood, yes. But Ryan Coogler? He’s amazing, and has no reason to do this unless he has awesome ideas for it.

But, hear me out. MASH ran over 3x longer than the Korean War lasted. If we reboot it and set it in Afghanistan, we’re set for the next 67 years!

I mean, Coogler is seen as a great writer overall. I know it's a reboot, which are often bad, but I don't understand the early skepticism, simply because I think Coogler is probably capable of making it something good.
