I saw him in a bar with a bunch of people brandishing some diploma or other about entering a sect or secret society or something.
Like, I'm 100% truthful, not shitting you. It was innocuous (OR WAS IT?!) but that's basically the only photos I saw in his leaked mails, under the "Photos" directory.

You're right, credit is claimed by a specific group whose only confirmed Iranian links are making Israeli tools mad, so they're not randos, but there's also no proof they're military.
Quite frankly there's literally nothing this DoJ can say that can be taken seriously, they're the same clowns that called a Turan Ammo manufacturing mark "trans ideology."

Sure, maybe they are, anything is possible, but the overall point is that Patel is so wildly incompetent that implying the people that got into his email have to be some group with real resources behind them is just wrong.
Dudes like Patel are exactly why everyone has to watch yearly videos about not plugging random USBs into your work computer and why "pAssw0rd" isn't an acceptable password.

The us is getting completely outmaneuvered by Iran, the latest thing they've said is that ships going to countries that don't buy US treasuries will be permitted through. That's a brilliant move, the willingness of hedge fund owners and other countries to buy treasuries is the only thing keeping the lights on in Washington.
The people making decisions in Iran live in the real world, the people making decisions in the US are insane.
