Wait, does this mean he will waive any attorney-client privileges?

If competent lawyers were still willing to work with him someone probably would've told him this is what he's actually suggesting with this statement. But unfortunately for Trump, he doesn't pay people. Everyone knows it. And nobody with half a shred of common sense or dignity will work for him.

Other comments I read said that's not applicable to this case anyways, unsure exactly how it goes but thought I'd mention it also unsure if it has anything to do with her plea deal since she has to testify.

unsure if it has anything to do with her plea deal since she has to testify.

This is correct. Both Chesebro & Powell pled guilty to crimes relating to a criminal conspiracy where the crimes were commited in their capacity as attorneys. Therefore, the attorney client privilege is waived.

If Rudy said it, though, do we really know it was the truth? It could have been the Vodka talking.

Before Seth Meyers pointed it out this last week, I didn’t really notice Rudy taking forever opening that bottle of water while Powell was talking crazy, but now it’s all I can see.

[-] vivadanang@lemm.ee 11 points 1 year ago

the corrupt son-of-a-bitch is literally sweating out his hair dye, can't imagine it helps grip on a lid.

[-] mateomaui@reddthat.com 2 points 1 year ago

That’s a very good point, he was mopping up the grease right beforehand.
