I'm not dating but when I did I would put everything in it that might make people disinterested. I don't want to pretend I'm not a communist (or that I'm a cool person who likes to go to music festivals and big parties, or that I'm not into Star Trek out MtG). Just be totally honest about yourself so the people who reach out to you are reaching out to you and not a person that it will make you anxious to pretend to be.
That being said I was never looking to just hook up, but to find a partner for an LTR. If you just want to fuck the calculus is probably different.

No, because people have very inconsistent views of what 'communist' means. It's not that I'm not proud of it, just that people are liable to not understand when just reading text. Any commie that viewed my profile would probably work it out from other statements anyway.
