I've never had a problem with YouTube ad blocking. uBlock Origin + ProtonVPN (NetShield) works just fine for me. I haven't seen a single ad on YouTube since I installed them.

Some VPNs have adblockers built in. Or you could just install uBlock Origin for free if you don't have a VPN
Yeah. Before OneUI 8, you could set up a custom ROM on a Samsung phone too. Short of that you can disable google services. Use non google apps from F-Droid or Aurora Store. You can also use ADB to uninstall system-level APKs. Though the only way that I know of to fully de-google is to install a different OS.
Not all android spies on you. Have you ever tried GrapheneOS? It's very secure and pro-privacy. Technically it's not android (if you really want to nitpick), but you need a Google Pixel to run it.
Such irony
Quite the opposite at the moment
I'm guessing you didn’t think that through. The US is the second largest nuclear power in the world. The US has more nukes than India, Pankistan, Israel, and North Korea combined. Even if the US was hit first, or if Washington was vaporized, hundreds of US nukes would still launch from submarines, silos, and bombers. Poke the bear, and they’ll realiate. Trust me, nuclear war isn't something you want. Why do you think it hasn't happened since 1945?
How is this correct? What if I said this about anti-war Russians? I'd probably be called racist. The only standard that exists here is a double standard.
Use Proton Mail. You have to pay a monthly subscription to Proton Unlimited, but you'll be able to set a custom domain. Proton is one of the best email providers right now. It's end-to-end encrypted, and it's based in Switzerland so privacy is almost guaranteed.
