If both have informed consent and preferably a stop/slow sign I see nothing wrong with it.

I know it's Chromium, that's why I said it.
I didn't know they have done shady crypto stuff, I started using Brave because I needed to use Chromium in school (frontend dev) but I didn't want Crome or Edge... So Brave made sense to use.

I would read up on flexbox and grid, here are some games to practice:
http://www.flexboxdefense.com/
https://flexboxfroggy.com/
https://cssgridgarden.com/

You can do everything on your own, check out keyframes and transform. Play around with it!

Simon is orange, and Smilla is blackish.
They were adopted at a cat rescue a couple of years ago when they were around 1 year old. They might be real siblings as they were found together as tiny kittens at a cat colony.

I've tried the too good to go bags a couple of times, it will be the third today. So far I like it!
For me this is better than Karma (where you got meals) as I don't eat out a lot and prefer homecooked food.

I hope to try matsmart sometime but I've never managed to find more than a couple of things I want to buy

Haircare, skin routines, makeup, and a little bit of health that are aimed to be on the simple side.
It can be but is not limited to;

  • fewer ingredients
  • less intrusive and more gentle ingredients
  • food or non/lightly processed products
  • nopoo / lowpoo
  • ‘no makeup’ makeup
  • homemade products

This community is intended for anyone and I will do my best to keep the official stuff genderneutral or include multiple genders as much as I can. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful.

Hello! I have done a fuckup with my PC and need help fixing it. I'm confused.

I can't use programs that were downloaded via Microsoft Store, this is the error I get:

I reinstalled my PC a few days ago to start over on a clean slate so to speak as I've had it for around 5 years or so.

I tried to apply for a job with SSH and I think this might be where I fucked up, I couldn't get it to work and I tried this tutorial.
I think maybe step 5 might have affected more than that file because I'm pretty sure it was after that I started to get the warnings.

I have tried repairing and resetting the apps but it doesn't help, of course, I don't think the error is with the program itself.

I tried to restart my computer but it didn't help either.

EDIT: SOLVED
I had to backtrack on what I did on the tutorial I mentioned earlier (thanks @IntheMesh@lemmy.fmhy.ml ).

I then found out what actually went wrong!
When I have right-clicked on the file I haven’t first selected it with a left-click so I’ve edited the permissions on my user folder instead of the key. I didn’t realize I needed to left-click to select it as it shows a similar indication when I hover…

This is not nearly finished, but it's something at least.

What is my hair type?

How to measure hair lengths

What is my skin type?Oily skin.
Dry skin.
Sensitive skin.
Combination skin.
Normal skin.

How do I remove buildups from my hair? It's a schampoo used to remove buildups from your hair, it can be used for a while before you start to use low-/no-poo hair producs or on occations to do a cleansing. This schampoo needs to contain sulfates to cleans but it can't contain silicons, mineral olies or other products that will build up on your hair.

You don't start something important with a "hey guess what", soooooo no reason to be upset.

Hey everyone,
I [28F] need some advice on handling anxiety when job hunting.

Almost a week ago I finished school and I'm once again without work. I've been job hunting about 40-50% of my adult life and it has taken a huge toll on my mental health to the point where I'm barely able to apply for jobs anymore. I have gotten a few warnings over the years due to not applying to enough jobs. ( I live in Sweden btw )

I have tried taking breaks.
I have tried waiting for the anxiety to pass.
I have asked so many for advice but it's like they all give the same default answer. If their advice where enough, I would be a pro at job hunting.

I did get an autism diagnosis a few years back and I do feel better about myself, more confident and understanding of how I work so I think this time around will be different, but it's like the old anxiety still hangs around and I don't know how to get rid of it.

Please if you have any advice, I'd love to hear it.

I've read this on reddit. I think they, reddit leaders, keep digging that hole deeper and deeper.

Hi I'm the partner! That was fairy easy to do yeah, it's good enough for now 🤷‍♀️

[-] CoffeeTails@lemmy.world 4 points 1 year ago

ooh, yes I see your point. I think both can be true, and a third; we think we (aka scientists) know how something is, but later finds out it works in a different way. The fact never changed, we just learned what it actually is.

example: red pandas used to be categorised with the gigant pandas (that are closer to regular bears) but after we've learned more about the red pandas they are actually closer to raccoons.

I don't know what I'm trying to say. I hope I understood you correctly, English isn't my first language.

I have ~5100 karma, I've never really cared about the total karma amount but it is fun to see a comment or post be upvoted. They feel like social points and that makes me think of "that" episode of Black Mirror, and as @mrmanager@lemmy.today said, China has implemented that. It's crazy.

But as I always say, in the end, the people have the power. Always.
